Serve over cooked Ramen Noodles or rice

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Butter Shrimp & Veggies

2 cups low sodium chicken broth
2 tbls butter
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1/4 cup of parsley
2 cups broccoli
1 cup carrots
1/2 lbs shrimp
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Lemon Butter Shrimp & Veggies

  1. In saute pan heat broth, butter, lemon juice & pepper to boiling. Toss in broccoli & carrots and cook until slightly softened (about 1 minute). Add shrimp & parsley. Cook until shrimp is pink.

  2. Serve over hot ramen noodles or rice.
