2 tbsp Butter
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
1 tsp Lemon Peel
2 tbsp, drained Capers, Canned
2 tbsp Parsley

Recipe Directions for Lemon, Butter, Caper Sauce (for fish)

Add butter, juice, zest, capers and parsley to a saute pan. Heat for a minute then serve over fish sharing the capers between the plates.
