Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Broiled Fish

1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cups fresh bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 pound Tilapia fillets
1/2 teaspoon parsley

Recipe Directions for Lemon Broiled Fish

  1. Place lemon juice in small bowl.

  2. In medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley and 1/8 lemon juice. Add paprika to remaining lemon juice; dip fish into mixture.

  3. Broil until fish flakes with fork; top with crumb mixture.

  4. Return to broiler; heat through.
