1 1/2 tbsp lemon zest
1/2 cups lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cups oats
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 egg white
1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cups oil

Recipe Directions for Lemon Bread

Mix egg, egg white, oil, vanilla, and sugar together. Mix in dry ingredients, zest, and juice. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
