Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Bread

3 cups flour
3 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp raw lemon peel
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3 large eggs
1 1/4 cup butter

Recipe Directions for Lemon Bread

  1. In a bowl, cream sugar , butter, eggs and vanilla.

  2. In a seperate bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt. set aside. add lemon juice to mix of butter and eggs. grind the lemon peel and add to mixture. Slowly add flour mix to other mixture and keep mixing until all is well blended. put in a bunt pan and set in oven
