Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Blueberry Oatmeal

3/4 cup water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp lemon zest
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 tsp lemon juice (glaze)
1 tbsp powdered sugar (glaze)

Recipe Directions for Lemon Blueberry Oatmeal

  1. In a small saucepan, boil water. Add sugar, lemon juice, zest, and salt. Stir until all sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat.

  2. Stir in quick oats. Mix well. Stir in blueberries.

  3. Mix 1/2 tsp lemon juice with powdered sugar. Drizzle over the top.

  4. Enjoy.
