Sea scallops and angel hair pasta

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Basil Scallops w/Angel Hair

24 oz Scallops
1 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
6 Teaspoon Juice
6 1tsp Olive Oil
8 oz Wine
0.5 box Angel Hair Dry

Recipe Directions for Lemon Basil Scallops w/Angel Hair

  1. Slice basil leaves into thin ribbons. Combine in ziploc bag with lemon juice, olive oil and salt & pepper to taste. Add scallops and marinate 2 hours.

  2. Cook pasta, drain.

  3. While it is cooking, heat non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Working in batches, brown scallops on both sides, reserving marinade. When all are browned, deglaze pan with wine. Add reserved marinade and scallops back to pan. Cook until scallops are cooked through and sauce is reduced. Toss scallops and sauce with pasta.
