Be sure all of your ingredients are gluten free if you are serving these to someone with Celiacs Disease. Also, when cooking or baking gluten free, be sure all utensils and baking area are very clean and free of regular flour as even a trace can cause a flare up of symptoms for a person with CD.

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Bars

0.5 cup GF Sorghum Flour
2.7 serving Corn Masa Harina Flour
6 tbsp Original Natural Buttery Spread
2 serving Organic Coconut Oil
0.33 cup Domino Confectioners Sugar
6 packet In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
4 tbsp Organics Pure Honey
3 medium Egg, Whole
0.125 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
0.032 cup uncooked Tapioca Flour
0.062 cup Sweet White Rice Flour

Recipe Directions for Lemon Bars

mix flours, EB, coconut oil and confectioners sugar in a food processor until resembles coarse meal. press into 8x8 pan sprayed with pam. Bake 375 for 12 minutes.Meanwhile, zest lemon and put with remaining ingredients in same food processor bowl and process until smooth. Pour over crust, turn heat down to 350 and bake 15-20 minutes or until just set; cool completely then chill 4 hours. Cut into 16 pieces. Dust with confectioners sugar or serve with fresh fruit if desired.
