Recipe Ingredients for lemon bars

1.5 cup Blanched Almond Flour
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
4 tbsp Agave Nectar
1 tbsp Agave Nectar
3 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 serving Grape Seed Oil
4 tbsp Agave Nectar
3 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for lemon bars

  1. Make crust of the almond flour, salt, 2 tb grape seed oil, agave nectar and vanilla preheat the over to 350

  2. Grease 8inch baking dish.

  3. Press the dough into the pan and bake for 15-17 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile prepare topping. Combine grape seed oil, agave nectar, eggs and lemon juice in blender and mix till well blended. Pour the topping over the crust and bake for another 15-20 minutes. Let cook in room temperature for about 30 minutes before putting in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Cut into bars and serve.
