Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Baked Chicken

2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. margarine
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. pepper
32 oz. skinless chicken

Recipe Directions for Lemon Baked Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Lightly spray a baking pan on shallow casserole dish with cooking spray.

  3. In a small bowl combine lemon juice, oil, garlic and pepper. Set aside.

  4. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Arrange chicken in prepared pan or dish.

  5. Pour lemon mixture over chicken pieces. Cover and bake 40 minutes or until tender, basting occasionally. Uncover casserole and bake 10 additional minutes to brown.
