Recipe Ingredients for lemon artichoke turkey cutlets

1 1/2 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp smart balance spread
1.33 lb turkey cutlets
14 1/2 oz artichoke hearts
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup diced onions
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp capers

Recipe Directions for lemon artichoke turkey cutlets

  1. saute artichokes, mushrooms and onions in oil and smart balance

  2. remove mixture and saute the turkey cutlets in same pan

  3. add veggies back and add lemon and lemon zest and capers

  4. saute until done
