1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
20 shrimp Raw Peeled Large Pacific White Shrimp
10 pieces Unico Marinated Artichoke Hearts
2 cup raw Mushrooms
12 piece Tomatoes, Sun-dried, Packed In Oil, Drained
4 serving CATELLI Healthy Harvest multigrain pasta
2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Lemon, artichoke and black olive pasta

  1. sautee garlic in saucepan

  2. add mushrooms

  3. add shrimp and cook until done

  4. add artichokes, sundried tomatoes and lemon juice and heat through

  5. add black olives at very end

  6. serve over multigrain pasta
