Egg Salad for any time..One Serving...

Recipe Ingredients for Lela's Egg Salad

1 Egg, Whole
1 tbspn Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt
1 tbspn yellow mustard
1/4 tsp italian seasoning
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tbspn Real Bacon Bits

Recipe Directions for Lela's Egg Salad

  1. Boil the eggs.

  2. Mix all of the other ingredients and set aside.

  3. Once the eggs are boiled, peel and cube it.

  4. Mix with the dressing.

  5. Serve with your favorite bread, tortilla, lettuce or just by itself.

  6. You can add, any other topping as desired as cheese, ham, bacon, or any veggies or fruits...

  7. ENJOY!!!
