Recipe Ingredients for Lela's Chicken and Dumplings

2 chicken breast (halves skinless boneless)
1 tbspn butter
1 can cream of chicken
1 package biscuit (dough torn into pieces)
1 cup Mixed Vegetables (drained)
1 onion (peeled and diced)
1 carrots (peeled and sliced)
1 stalk celery (cleaned and sliced)
1 potatoe
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Lela's Chicken and Dumplings

  1. Place all ingredients in the crock pot except biscuits.

  2. Cover and cook on low for 5 ? 6 hours.

  3. About 2 hours before serving tear up the biscuit dough ( into 1/4ths) and place in the crock pot. I used all the biscuits but you can only use half.

  4. The chicken should be so tender that it will pull apart when you scoop it out of the crock pot.

  5. Enjoy
