Recipe Ingredients for Legumes Soup

2 large Turnips
4 medium Carrots
1 medium (2-1/4" to 2-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
2 tbsp Parsley
1 leek Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tablespoon Thyme
4 tbsp Butter
1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
15 oz Food You Feel Good About Tomatoes
0.5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage

Recipe Directions for Legumes Soup

  1. Boil the potatoes and onion with salt and pepper.

  2. Dice and sweat the root vegetable (leeks, cabbage, turnips) in 4

  3. tablespoons melted butter for 5 minutes.

  4. Mix all ingredients (including tomatoes, parsley, thyme, and 2 bat leaves) and cook in a crook pot until they tender.

  5. Puree the whole business.
