2 cups chicken broth
3/4 cups carrot
3/4 cups celery
1 1/2 cups napa cabbage
1/2 cups brown rice
1 tbsp miso
1 tbsp soy sauce

  1. chop vegetables

  2. add vegetables to chicken broth, miso, and soy sauce

  3. add brown rice

  4. boil, and then simmer for 45 minutes
