Turkey soup with a wonderful surprise -- cheese ravioli!

Recipe Ingredients for Leftover turkey soup

6 cups chicken broth
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
8 oz turkey, cooked
9 oz Cheese Ravioli
2 cups spinach, shredded

Recipe Directions for Leftover turkey soup

In a saucepan place chicken broth, sweet pepper, onion, and Italian seasoning. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. Add turkey and ravioli. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 6 minutes or until ravioli is tender. Stir in spinach. You may top with Parmesan cheese if desired.
