Recipe Ingredients for Leftover Turkey Soup

1 medium raw Onion Yellow
2 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
3 medium raw Tomato Roma
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
2 cup Peas, Green
20 oz Fresh Ground Turkey Breast
4 cup Chicken Broth
1/2 cup Quinoa
3/5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Leftover Turkey Soup

In a large dutch oven, saute onions, celery and carrots for 5 minutes. Add ground turkey and cook thoroughly. Add all other vegetables and heat through. Pour in broth and let simmer for 30 minutes until the quinoa and potatoes are fully hydrated and soft. Season with salt, pepper, and worcestershire to your liking.
