1 tablespoon canola oil
4 cloves garlic
48 oz chicken broth
24 oz cooked turkey breast
2 oz corn kernels
3 oz carrots
3 oz green beans
4 oz orzo
3 cups water

Recipe Directions for Leftover Turkey Soup 1/1/2011

  1. Saute onions, add broth, bring to simmer, add chicken, simmer for 1 hour.

  2. Add corn, simmer 1 hour.

  3. Add carrots, green beans, simmer 1 hour.

  4. Add orzo, simmer 1 hour.

  5. Add water as needed.
