Leftover turkey from Thanksgiving used in this simple pasta dish!

Recipe Ingredients for Leftover turkey pasta

375 g whole wheat penne pasta
2 c. chopped turkey
4 tbsp. light italian dressing
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. green onions
3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Leftover turkey pasta

  1. Boil large pot of water. When boiling add pasta and boil for 7-9 minutes or until aldente.

  2. In the meantime add chopped chicken to pan with italian dressing, and mix till heated through.

  3. Once pasta is done drain and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Mix in chicken and top with green onions and parmesan cheese.
