Recipe Ingredients for Leftover Turkey Day Hotdish

1 1/2 cups mashed potatoes
16 ounces Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix
1 cup turkey
4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
8 ounces light sour cream
8 ounces of dried beef

Recipe Directions for Leftover Turkey Day Hotdish

  1. Spread potatoes in bottom of small pyrex rectangle dish w/deep sides.

  2. Spread stuffing ontop of that.

  3. If you have a litte bit of gravy, I used 1/4 cup, you can put that on top also, but the nutritional facts DO NOT include gravy.

  4. Layer on 1 cup cut up turkey.

  5. Mix 4 ounces (half can) of cream of mushroom soup and 8 ounces of light sour cream.

  6. Cut up into small pieces 1 package of Carl Budding Beef lunch meat, and add to sourcream/soup mix.

  7. Spread the soup mix over the turkey.

  8. Bake at 350 d. for 30-45 mins until the top is crusty and its bubbly.
