Recipe Ingredients for Leftover Steak Stir Fry

1 3/4 lb sirloin
3 red bell peppers
11 oz mushrooms
10 oz water chestnuts
10 oz bamboo shoots
1 onion
16 oz tomato

Recipe Directions for Leftover Steak Stir Fry

  1. Cook vegetables down.

  2. mix 8 tbsp thai chili sauce, with 6 tbsp black bean sauce and 1/4 c soy sauce. pour in with vegetables.

  3. Add cooked steak cut in strips.

  4. Heat at light boil while sauce and juices cook down.

  5. reduce and simmer 20-30 minutes

  6. serve over rice
