Recipe Ingredients for Leftover Spaghetti Salad

8 oz Spaghetti, Whole-wheat, Cooked
4 oz Newman's Own Parmesan
2 cup Spinach
0.25 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese

Recipe Directions for Leftover Spaghetti Salad

  1. Cook pasta according to directions, let cool. Once pasta is cool, place in medium bowl.

  2. Chop onion, tear spinach into large pieces (I remove stems) and add both to pasta. Add half the dressing to pasta mixture and toss. Add remaining dressing and freshly ground pepper according to taste. Top with crumbled feta, then refrigerate for about 30 min's or longer.
