Vegetables that need to be used up in the fridge go into this soup. I make my own chicken stock from when I've roasted a chicken. I refrigerate drippings till all grease and fat is hard and then scrape it off so all the fat is removed. I keep it in the freezer to make soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Leftover soup

2 Carrots
2 Celery stalks
250 g Soup Mix
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1/2 cup onion
4 cloves garlic
1 cup Clear Chicken Consomme
3/4 cup chicken

Recipe Directions for Leftover soup

Dice all vegetables wanted, and add to boiling water. Do not add vegetables such as celery and peppers right away as they cook faster. Add them when noodles are added approx. 8-10 min before serving and finished cooking time. Add cayanne, pepper, and any other seasonings desired. Cooked till veg. and noodles are desired texture.
