Recipe Ingredients for leftover omelette

132 g flaked tuna
93 g yellow pepper
120 g mixed baby greens
50 g green onions
140 g onions
240 g tomatoes
146 g peppers
80 g egg white
200 g shrimps
210 g imitation crab

Recipe Directions for leftover omelette

  1. Fry everything except the egg white and the baby greens on high, adding water (not oil) to keep from burning. Cover the pan to cook faster.

  2. When the onions are soft enough, add the egg white and cook on medium for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Serve with the mixed baby greens.
