Recipe Ingredients for LEFTOVER LAMB CURRY

1 apple, diced
1 onion, diced
4 tbsp. apple butter
1 Garlic powder to taste
1 tbsp. curry
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. craisins
1 unit,+cooked+yield+from+1+lb+raw+meat lamb

Recipe Directions for LEFTOVER LAMB CURRY

Saute apples and onion in applebutter. Sprinkle with all seasonings until soft. Add arrowroot. Gradually stir in chicken stock; add lamb( 3 cups cook cubed lamb) and craisins. Simmer 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. Add at table, salted almonds, pineapple chunks.
