Recipe Ingredients for Left Over Turkey Brunswick Stew

1 tbs oil
2 onions
4 1/2 cups cooked turkey
28 oz diced tomatoes
5 cups potatoes
1 cup ketchup
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbs worcestershire sauce
28 oz corn

Recipe Directions for Left Over Turkey Brunswick Stew

  1. In large stock pot, saute chopped onion in oil until translucent

  2. Add diced turkey, diced tomatoes, diced potatoes, 6 or more cups water, ketchup, barbecue sauce, 1 tbs hot sauce salt & papper.

  3. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours stirring occasionally.

  4. Add corn and cook another 30 mins.
