I used my corned beef & cabbage, carrots, & red potatoes to make a quick soup

Recipe Ingredients for left-over Cabbage Soup

0.5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage
1.5 medium Carrots
5 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
3 oz Beef, Cured, Corned Beef, Brisket, Cooked
1 tbsp Pepper, Black
6 tsp Granulated Bouillon

Recipe Directions for left-over Cabbage Soup

use 3 oz. of the cooked corned beef diced up the cabbage cut into bite size pieces, also quarter the red potatoes and slice the carrots combine in 6 cups of water w/the beef granules simmer until heated through and enjoy :)
