Crispy oat cookies. Not too sweet and very tasty. Makes 5-6 dozen.

Recipe Ingredients for Lee's crispy oat drops

0.75 cup dry Oatmeal
124 grams All Purpose Flour
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.5 teaspoon Baking Soda
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
0.5 cup Butter
1 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Lee's crispy oat drops

  1. Sift together dry ingredients.

  2. Add wet ingredients, stirring after each addition.

  3. Stir in oatmeal last.

  4. Shape into 1" balls and dip tops in sugar.

  5. Place 3" apart on parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

  6. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.

  7. Allow to cool on sheet 2-3 minutes before moving to cooling rack.
