Recipe Ingredients for Lee's bran muffins

1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
2 eggs
1 cup skim milk
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups wheat bran
1/2 cup dates

Recipe Directions for Lee's bran muffins

Cream oil and sugar together, add molasses and eggs, beat well. Add milk and then bran. Combine dry ingredients and add to first mixture. Add dates or raisins. Spoon into 12 muffin papers and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
