Mom's recipe...funny how it tastes different when I make it. Must be that special ingredient I must be missing.

Recipe Ingredients for Lee's baked macaroni 2

340 g Cheese, natrual shredded cheeses
340 g elbow macaroni
60 g onion
1/2 tbsp butter
1080 ml tomato juice
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Lee's baked macaroni 2

  1. dice onion

  2. cook in microwave with butter

  3. cook macaroni according to package

  4. place onion at bottom of pyrex baking dish

  5. drain macaroni and layer dish

  6. poor in tomato juice

  7. sprinkle with pepper

  8. top with cheese

  9. bake at 350 degrees in over until cheese is melted

  10. broil for 5 minutes until cheese is golden brown

  11. let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
