Recipe Ingredients for Leek Soup

49 1/2 oz Swanson Chicken Broth
10 medium russet potatoes
2 tbsp canola oil
1/2 tsp white pepper
4 leeks
4 cups 2% milk

Recipe Directions for Leek Soup

  1. Peel and cube potatoes. Boil until soft and then drain.

  2. Saute leeks until soft in oil.

  3. Combine leeks and potatoes in pot with chicken broth and white pepper.

  4. Add milk.

  5. Puree in food processor until smooth.
