Vegan, creamy soup with no dairy!

Recipe Ingredients for Leek Potato Soup

5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
2 medium raw Leeks
16 fl oz Organic Vegetable Broth
1 tbsp Original Natural Buttery Spread
2 tbsp Better Than Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Leek Potato Soup

Cut up potatoes and leeks and boil until tender. Blend with salt, pepper, margarine, and "sour cream" in a food processor and then add back to pot with vegetable broth. Heat and serve.
