500 grams Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
1800 grams Water
1 tbsp Olive Oil

  1. wilt the leeks in olive oil

  2. add potatoes and water, coarse salt and pepper

  3. boil covered until the potatoes are mushy about 40 mins
