4 leeks
6 potatoes
2 cup chicken stock
3 tablespoons heavy cream

Recipe Directions for Leek and Potato soup

  1. Boil potatoes,

  2. saute leeks in butter

  3. puree leeks

  4. Rice potatoes and add to leek puree mix.

  5. Add stock

  6. Add cream and season to taste
