Recipe Ingredients for Leek and Potato Soup

229 grams onion
303 grams potato
257 grams leek
10 gram stock cube
2 pints water
3 grams dried mixed herbs
14 fl oz skimmed milk

Recipe Directions for Leek and Potato Soup

  1. Peel and chop all the vegetables

  2. Place ina pan with herbs, stock cube and water

  3. Bring to boil and soimmer for 20 mins until vegetables are soft

  4. Liquidise,add milk and re-heat to serve.
