Recipe Ingredients for Leek and Potato Soup Knorr

6 tbsp(17 g) Recipe Mix
1.5 cup Potatoes, Boiled
32 oz 99% Fat Free All Natural Chicken Broth Rtsb
2 oz Wine
2 oz Fat Free Half and Half

Recipe Directions for Leek and Potato Soup Knorr

  1. Combine KnorrŪ Leek recipe mix, broth, wine and potatoes in a 4-quart stockpot. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.

  2. Process potato mixture in a blender or food processor, in batches until smooth. Stir in cream just before serving. Garnish with crisp-cooked crumbled bacon.

  3. Classic Vichyssoise: Chill soup completely. Garnish with chopped chives.
