1 pound potatoes, peeled
1 pound leeks
7 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup evaporated milk
8 oz chicken breast, skinless and deboned

  1. put all ingredients except milk in pot. bring to boil , simmer for 45 min.

  2. add in evaporated milk stir
