Recipe Ingredients for Leek and Lentil Soup

1.5 cup chopped Leeks
4 cup Lentils, Mature Seeds
8 fl oz Organic Vegetable Broth
1 cube Chicken Flavor Bouillon
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
2 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby

Recipe Directions for Leek and Lentil Soup

boil lentils for 20 minutes. Drain, Add vegetable broth and bouillon cube with 8 oz of water. Add leeks and carrots. Let simmer until veggies are tender. add spices and serve.
