Recipe Ingredients for leek gratin

10 leeks
1 cup half and half
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cup gruyere cheese

Recipe Directions for leek gratin

  1. Oven - 400.

  2. Cook leeks in boiling water 5-7 min. Drain well.

  3. Beat cream and nutmeg ntil thickened. Season with SP. Spread 3T cream in ovenproof dish. Arrange cooked leeks on top. Pour remaining cream over top. Sprinkle with gruyere.

  4. Bake 25-30 min.
