A Hungarian Dish made from bell peppers. Can be served for breakfast, or with rice for dinner. Enjoy hot, or cool.

Recipe Ingredients for Leczo

175 grams yellow onion
125 grams crimini mushroom
300 grams green bell pepper
330 grams red bell pepper
15 ml oil
1 tsp,+crumbled bay leaf
1 gram allspice
22 oz g) V8 100% Vegetable Juice

Recipe Directions for Leczo

Heat oil. Throw in all veggies and bay leaf plus allspice. Stew covered for 20 min. Add V8. Salt to taste.
