Hungarian side dish wtih tomatoes, onions, and green peppers.

Recipe Ingredients for lecho

6 pepper Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 large Onions
1 small Onions
6 cup Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 oz 100% Pure Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for lecho

Put small amount of vegetable oil in large pot, chop all vegetables and add to pot. Cook on med/low flame, covered, stirring every 7 minutes. Cook for approximately 45 min. to 1 hour. Toward end of cooking time, add several shakes of cayenne pepper and granulated garlic, salt, and pepper. Optional: add sausage or hot dogs in the beginning of cooking to make it into a main dish.
