Recipe Ingredients for Lebanese Tabbouleh

2 cups parsley
1/2 cucumber, diced
1 tomato, diced
1/2 small onion, diced
1/2 cup bulgur wheat
2 tablespoons mint
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar, rice

Recipe Directions for Lebanese Tabbouleh

Dice everything small. Seed the tomato, romas are best for this, and be sure to use fresh mint, diced fine. Toss all together with oil and vinegar, be careful not to use too much oil. This stuff should bite back when you take a bite. Yum!
