Recipe Ingredients for Lebanese Lubia with tomato(light)

1000 grams Italian Green Beans
6 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup Onions

Recipe Directions for Lebanese Lubia with tomato(light)

Sauté onion and whole garlics in olive oil. Add tomatoes chopped and green beans. Cook for 2 hours, Add salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 teasoon cumoin. Let sit for one hour. Serve(better at room tempeture).
