Recipe Ingredients for Lebanese Lentils and Rice (Mjadra)

1 cup Organics Green Lentils Dry
0.3 cup dry Instant Rice
1 tbsp chopped Onions
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Lebanese Lentils and Rice (Mjadra)

Brown onion in oil. Add water, salt peper and cumin spice (1 Teasppn). Add one cup lentils. Boil 40 min in full pot of water. Add 11/4 cup of rice. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve
