Recipe Ingredients for Lean White Bean Chili

2 c yellow onion
2 tbsp garlic, minced
1 pound turkey, ground
2 c Chicken broth
31 oz. great northern beans (2 cans)
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 dash pepper

Recipe Directions for Lean White Bean Chili

  1. Coat pan with cooking spray.

  2. Add onions and garlic and saute until they begin to soften.

  3. Add ground turkey, stirring occasionally until cooked.

  4. Add chicken broth, then stir in spices.

  5. Add drained and rinsed white beans.

  6. Heat to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer covered for at least 20 minutes.
