Your basic taco, made lean by using 98% fat free ground turkey (Jenny-O brand).

Recipe Ingredients for Lean Tacos with Turkey

2 lbs. lean jenny o ground turkey, browned
1 small taco seasoning
2/3 cups water
6 corn tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup Picante Sauce
1/2 cup sliced black olives

Recipe Directions for Lean Tacos with Turkey

  1. Brown Turkey, rinse and drain.

  2. Add back to pan with envelope of taco seasoning and water. Bring to boil, and simmer over low heat about 10 min.

  3. Enjoy with warm corn tortilla and remaining toppings.
