A lean meatloaf made from scratch with a little bit of bite :)

Recipe Ingredients for lean meatloaf

0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 pepper Pepper, Serrano
32 oz 98% lean ground beef
8 oz Pork Sausage, Fresh
6 oz Bread Crumbs Italian Style
1 large Egg, White
1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Recipe Directions for lean meatloaf

combine the 2 lbs. of raw hamburger w/a half lb. of pork sausage. Add 1 c. of diced bell pepper and finely diced serrano pepper (deveined & seeded if you don't like it to hot). add 1 c. of italian bread crumbs, 1 tsp. italian seasoning, and lastly a scrambled egg. Mix together well. put the mixture into a loaf pan. Heat oven to 375 and cook for 60 minutes. Take the meatloaf out of the pan, drain what fat there is from the pan out, then put meatloaf back into the pan. slice and enjoy :)
