Recipe Ingredients for Lean Mean N Greens

12 oz top sirloin steak
4 cups of brocolli
1 tsp of olive oil
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Lean Mean N Greens

  1. Trim the steak of any visible fat and cut into thin strips

  2. Put the steak in a pan with 1/2 of the olive oil once the pan has reached a medium heat level.

  3. Separately, steam the brocolli

  4. When the steak is browned, add the rest of the sesame oil, brocolli, soy sauce and constantly stir at a higher heat for about 5 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and remove from heat
