Recipe Ingredients for Lean Mean Fighting Chili

1 lb lean ground meat
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
30 oz tomato sauce
2 tbsp tomato paste
3 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp cajun seasonings

Recipe Directions for Lean Mean Fighting Chili

  1. Brown the ground meat

  2. Add diced onion and garlic and saute for a few minutes

  3. Add chili powder, cumin, cayenne and cajun seasonings.

  4. Add tomato sauce and tomato paste

  5. Simmer on low for 3 hours.
